  • Ideally, 3-5 years of consulting experience. Consideration for those with internal consulting exposure or experience working alongside consultants in a line role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Expertise in leading, managing, and developing teams.
  • Desirable IT skills and experience for Ratio's digital dashboard and integrated performance management solution delivery.
  • Experience in leading large, complex programs, either in a consulting engagement or in a line management role.
  • Engaged at senior levels, ideally at the Executive Leadership Team level.
  • Strong project management skills, including working with teams, selecting and assessing team membership, complex decision-making, problem-solving, and a mature ability to manage difficult situations and relationships.
  • Experience in leadership engagement.
  • Coaching ability – proficient in coaching team members live to achieve program objectives and deliver quantifiable results.
  • Provides example(s) of change implemented and quantifiable results delivered.

Qualifications & Training

  • Line management experience.
